You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If a job in your home went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Summitconversation Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.

You can expect an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
